What format are the photos in? All Prints Extreme photos are in JPG format. Photos and Posters are printed on top quality photo paper and laminated with a gloss lamination to protect your prints from UV rays and other elements.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Prints Extreme and registered Racing Extgreme potographers.
Do you offer refunds?
Prints Extreme only offers refunds on printed items with defects. We do not offer any refunds on digital downloads or emailed files. If you have an issue with one of the printed items you have received from us please contact our office at 414.810.8013 with in 72 hours of delivery to get the refund process started.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Prints Extreme photos that I download? Yes. While Prints Extreme offers a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? Prints Extreme does not currently offer subscriptions. We may offer this in the future.
I bought an item, but I have not received my order, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system. Therefore, if you have made a purchase and you have not received your order please contact Prints Extreme at 414.810.8013 during normal business hours with your details or click support request.
